Persepsi Karyawan terhadap Gaya Komunikasi Pimpinan: Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Ritel Lokal

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi karyawan terhadap gaya komunikasi manajerial pada perusahaan ritel lokal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan, observasi interaksi sehari-hari, serta analisis dokumen internal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi yang terbuka, asertif, dan empatik berdampak positif terhadap kepercayaan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, serta kohesi tim. Sebaliknya, gaya komunikasi yang otoriter dan tidak jelas cenderung menimbulkan kesalahpahaman serta menurunkan keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur komunikasi manajerial dengan menghadirkan wawasan kontekstual mengenai praktik komunikasi dalam organisasi ritel di negara berkembang.
